Hi, I'm Mandy! First off, I want to celebrate you for taking the time to look for support. That alone is a huge step. If you're reading this, you may be struggling with difficult emotions, grief or life changes. When our inner world starts feeling like it's too much to carry, it can start to impact our outer world. It ripples out into your work, relationships and disconnects you from the things you love the most. Becoming aware of your emotions, needs and goals is the first step to healing. Through consistent support and inner work, you are capable of living a life that feels fully authentic to you. As a therapist, my goal is to support you in re-connecting to yourself so that you have the ability to embrace all that life has to offer. I specialize in weaving in yoga, mindfulness and somatic healing into my work. I believe that true healing is deeper than just focusing on our thoughts - it's how we learn to teach our bodies that we are safe.
