When we expand our ability to tolerate unpleasant emotions as we pursue what matters most, our lives and our relationships thrive. I am certified through the Brené Brown Education and Research Group as a Daring Greatly, Rising Strong, and Dare to Lead facilitator and this work forms the foundation of my therapeutic practice.
