Therapy is hard work—it requires vulnerability, honesty, and the willingness to sit with what’s difficult. But that doesn’t mean it has to feel clinical or cold. My approach is warm, human, and real. I have walked alongside many people through the darkest parts of life: grief, trauma, family pain, and spiritual abuse. My training and experience have given me tools to help, but my approach is also shaped by deep lived empathy.
