Hello! My name is Manisha Patel and I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in California. I provide therapeutic services for adolescents, adults, and families and specialize in depression, anxiety, stress, trauma, and relationships. My approach to treatment is to meet my clients where they are at and identify what is needed to begin feeling better. I am trained in various modalities, but mostly I like to utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy to help my clients improve their functioning and empower them to make choices that create joy.
