I am Manuel Lima, a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) with over 7 years of experience helping adult clients navigate relationship difficulties, anxiety disorders, OCD, obsessive thoughts, stress, depression, and ruminations. I earned my Master's degree in Community Mental Health Counseling from Montclair State University. In my practice, I specialize in cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and existential therapy (ET), which help clients stay present, challenge negative automatic thoughts, and modify behaviors to better cope with their emotions.
