I am passionate about working with children, adolescents, teens, parents, and young adults. I have a background in providing services to clients facing challenges associated with trauma, ADHD, anxiety, depression, trauma, and suicidal ideations. I have two main goals when working with anyone. The first is creating a comfortable and safe space to bring back and foster hope in any challenges. The second is to help them respond to themselves and others in an informed and compassionate way so they can have connected relationships. I have experience working with individuals, families, and groups. I am trained in providing EMDR.
