Stigma can play a role in seeking therapy, especially for men. While I am very experienced in working with men, especially men of color, who may be in therapy for the first time, I welcome clients of all genders who are ready to explore growth and healing. I use methods grounded in research to pinpoint the roots of problems and to help solve them. Knowledge is power and I provide clients with information that supports them in developing the awareness and skills needed to manage the things challenging them. I strive to make each session feel relaxed, fostering a therapeutic relationship grounded in trust and understanding.
