I help men, women, and couples who feel stuck in patterns that keep them from living the kind of life they want. In our work together, we’ll focus on learning how to handle tough thoughts and emotions in a new way, so they have less control, and on moving toward what really matters to you. I truly believe change is possible, and my goal is to support you in reaching yours. Therapy doesn’t have to feel intimidating or overly serious all the time; I like to keep things real and bring in humor when it helps. I’m passionate about helping you show up as your authentic self and living the life you want.
