I am a bilingual therapist (English and Spanish) on staff at SpringSource: Eating, Weight & Mood Disorders, with immediate availability to welcome new clients. I work both with individuals and couples using a compassionate, integrative approach grounded in unconditional support and genuine understanding. With couples, I draw from Gottman-informed practices (Levels 1 & 2 training in process) and solution focus, evidence-based communication tools to help partners repair trust, deepen emotional intimacy, and create more secure, supportive relationships.
