Life can be overwhelming. As a mother and artist juggling work, home, art, and time for me—trust me, I get it. As a 20+ year wellness expert, I know balance is crucial. But circumstances don’t always support wellbeing. That’s why I’m here for support. Life trauma and chronic stress can disrupt equanimity. My approach is based in science, incorporating the body and nervous system into the therapeutic conversation, but it is elevated by art. In our work together, we get curious and go deep, offering attention and empathy to neglected needs and unconscious forces. Only when the wailing voice inside receives care can capacity grow.
