I am a licensed clinical psychologist with 20+ years of experience helping adults and teens make meaningful change in their lives. For some, this means overcoming anxiety, depression, life transitions or relationship problems. Others may feel empty, unfulfilled, or stuck. My goal is to help you navigate challenges, reduce suffering and increase connection with yourself and others. Like every individual, each therapeutic relationship is unique. I work with people that have discrete, short-term goals as well as those that want to deeply understand their patterns and behaviors. I provide licensure supervision for Ph.D, Psy.D. and LPC.
