My goal in therapy is to provide a safe space to my clients to feel heard and understood. It's hard in everyday life to overcome the challenges that our mind creates, and I hope to help clients work through the issues that comes with being human and living in today's society. I offer a warm, safe, nonjudgemental space for my clients to be their authentic selves. My specialities include working with children, trauma, anxiety, self-esteem, and stress. In individual therapy, I take a gentle, psychodynamic approach, thoughtfully integrating elements of Internal Family Systems (IFS), EMDR, and DBT. I welcome both individuals and couples into my practice, offering a supportive space to explore, heal, & grow.
