I specialize in ADHD, anxiety, trauma, relationship issues, depression, self-esteem, and couples therapy. I use Internal Family Systems (IFS), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Psychodynamic Therapy, EMDR, and other eclectic, related modalities.
