They have survived trauma, battled anxiety or depression, and now they are ready to face the invisible weight of trauma, anxiety and depression with curiosity and courage. I work with teens, adults and military-connected individuals who are ready to confront what is beneath the surface. People that are ready to feel safe in their own skin, to sleep without dread, to stop bracing for impact. EMDR and trauma-focused therapy offer a way through, not around the pain.
