I am patient, empathetic, humorous, and welcoming to my clients .I work with neurodivergent/ADHD children and adults. I am also passionate about supporting individuals and families who have dealt with addictions, and codependency in their lives. The emotional toll addictions can be incredibly painful. It impacts family members, work, romantic relationships causing anxiety, depression, anger, resentment, and guilt. I offer supportive address : setting healthy boundaries, developing effective communication skills and heal codependency. As a continuing athlete and college tennis player who competed regularly, I integrate nutrition and exercise as part of my interventions with clients due to the strong correlation between exercise, diet and mental wellness.
