Are you burnt out, easily triggered, numb, or overwhelmed? Or maybe you're a people pleaser who struggles with setting boundaries. My ideal client is someone who has been living in survival mode but wants to understand their emotions more deeply so they can manage life more effectively. My clients often feel they have to put on a mask and fake a smile, but on the inside they are in a world of pain that few people, if any, understand. Therapy is a place where that mask can safely come off. I am passionate about helping people improve their ability to cope with their emotional and physical pain so that they can enjoy life more. I specialize in treating clients with chronic illness, chronic pain, and disabilities. My lived experience with all three gives me an understanding of the trauma of having a medical condition and the healthcare system itself. I also host a monthly online workshop for chronically ill adults called Chronically Ill conversations. Spots still available!
