My ideal client is someone who feels stuck between where they are and where they want to be—whether that’s in relationships, confidence, or self-understanding. They may struggle with overthinking, self-doubt, or feeling disconnected from their emotions or purpose. Deep down, they want to feel more grounded, confident, and authentic in their everyday lives. My clients are often insightful and motivated, but they need a space where they can unpack their thoughts without judgment and gain clarity about what’s really holding them back. My background includes working with stress, anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, women’s health, family and couple conflicts, work-related issues, life transitions, grief, sleep difficulties, domestic violence, trauma, PTSD, and more. I work with adults (18+) and also have extensive experience with the Hispanic/Latino community.
