I’m Deatrice Smith, a Registered Clinical Social Work Intern, with over 20 years of social work experience. Together, we’ll focus on your strengths, build resilience, and work toward the goals that matter most to you. My approach is collaborative, client-centered, and solution-focused. I believe therapy is most effective when it feels like a true partnership and helps you move forward with practical strategies you can use in everyday life. I specialize in working with children, adolescents and adults who may be navigating anxiety, ADHD, relationship challenges, or life transitions.
