During our intake process, we’ll work to understand your unique needs, then match you to the expertise of one of our licensed and trained therapists. Our therapists will meet with you in private, fully confidential sessions with the ultimate goal of developing new approaches to arrive at solutions that match YOUR needs. No one person or mental health struggle is the same. Our team is highly experienced in working with all types of people at each stage of life and through all life transitions. From anxiety to depression, eating disorders, grief/loss, OCD, ADHD, PTSD, addiction, divorce, gender identity and more, we have a therapist on staff to help.
