I bring decades of experience in leadership, strategic problem-solving, and human connection, along with my training as a Ph.D. clinical psychologist. I have shifted from guiding teams to guiding individuals, utilizing evidence-based practices such as CBT, EMDR, DBT, and mindfulness to assist clients in overcoming anxiety, trauma, substance use challenges, and relationship issues.
