I offer a pragmatic approach to the treatment of a broad spectrum of psychological & relational difficulties. People that consult me are contending with negative narratives and harmful stress. I draw from various psychotherapeutic interventions geared to promote healthy emotional experiences that leads to deep and lasting change. My areas of interest include character development, life enrichment, and helping people adapt and heal from experiences that negatively impact on one's well-being.
