My work entails getting to know the entire person- their likes, dislikes, fears, issues, successes, and past troubles, but most of all, I enjoy helping others develop their strengths so they can live an enjoyable and fulfilling life. We will look back and look ahead together, and we will work collaboratively to create and achieve goals that YOU wish to accomplish. While most clients see improvement in their daily lives within a few sessions, we also know that entering therapy can cause a great deal of uncertainty and even bring up more issues for you. However, we will approach emerging issues in a focused, collaborative manner.
