In 1999 I created the following mission statement: "To create a safe space where individuals can explore the issues that are standing in the way of living more fulfilling and authentic lives." As a result, I have explored, studied and practiced a wide variety of techniques to address the mental/emotional aspects of our lives, as well as the physical and spiritual issues that can block potential, and the ability to relate effectively with others. It is always an honor to help clients transition through difficulty and to witness them living more fulfilling lives. Since different techniques work for different people, I utilize a variety of modalities. I have extensive experience working with addictions including, alcohol, drugs and sex. I also have spent the last ten years exploring men's issues and couples dynamics.
