I have spent 10 years working with adults struggling with depression, anxiety, interpersonal conflicts, and struggles with maintaining sobriety and recovery. For some, symptoms are a nuisance that they need help managing. For others, symptoms have compromised their lives so much that they are on disability and/or repeatedly unable to attain the life goals they have set for themselves. In each case, I work with the person to find thought processes and behaviors that can improve their quality of life.
