Compulsive behaviors impact all aspects of one’s life, including thoughts, feelings, and actions. They can lead to various addictions that include substance use, sex, social media, relationships, gambling, and more. People with compulsive behaviors often struggle to align their actions with personal goals and what is important to them. But I built my practice upon the idea that anyone can recover if given the right environment, and I aim to provide a safe space where clients gain insight and tools for their emotions, experiences, and behaviors.
