Hola! My name is Marcela De La Cruz and I am trilingual. I speak English, hablo Español, and I speak Spanglish (a mix of both together). I work with teens and young adults because I believe this period of life holds immense potential for growth, change, and self-discovery. It’s a time when individuals are trying to define who they are and make sense of the world around them, often facing a variety of challenges. Struggling with self-esteem, coping with family dynamics, or dealing with the emotional aftermath of trauma, I aim to create a therapeutic environment where clients can laugh, share, and express their emotions freely.
