Hello! I’m a licensed clinical social worker trained in trauma, CBT, EMDR, and certified in anger management. I have vast experience working with school agreed children, preteens, and adults from an outpatient setting to a psychiatric hospital setting with varying diagnoses especially depression and anxiety. I believe that clients have resilience and strengths and he or she is their own best expert but due to various situations and factors one has difficulty highlighting or seeing them.
