Hi, and thank you for visiting my page. One of my passions in life is to help guide the individuals I work with, to be the best that they can be. My first experience with therapy was my own, and with that, I found that therapy works best when we are honest with ourselves, and the person you choose to help guide your path of healing and awareness, from what's holding you back from your best life. Life can be challenging at times, you may struggle with inner conflict, uncertainty, and confusion as to what step you should take next in life. To make lasting changes within yourself, to attain your lifelong goals & dreams. I have helped guide adults, and adolescents from various cultural backgrounds, who struggle with various challenges in life, such as disturbances from childhood, trauma, anxiety, and depression. I use an integrative approach to help clients with their current situation. I'm an EMDR trained therapist which is an effective research based treatment for trauma.
