I specialize in Somatic Internal Family Systems (IFS), a powerful and integrative approach that weaves somatic therapy with the healing power of the IFS model. Through gentle, embodied practices, I'll guide you to listen deeply with compassion and curiosity to befriend and unburden wounded parts of you, fostering healing and harmony from the inside out.
