I hope to work with you in deepening connection and intimacy in your relationships and in building a more meaningful, fulfilling life. During crisis or a difficult impasse, I help couples find and develop safe refuge in each other, and make sense out of distressing challenges. We work together to create more satisfying resolutions. With over 30 years of experience, I introduced EFT to New Mexico and am an Emotionally-Focused Therapy (EFT) Certified Therapist and Supervisor. This evidence-based approach reduces conflict and strengthens relationship closeness. EFT is effective for many types of issues for my clients and couples.
