Hi! My specialty is in trauma and complex trauma. What does that mean? Well, what trauma is to each person is different but there are levels that do take one to severe disruption in their daily lives. This disruption is where I want to help people discover how to define what it is, work to find a way to manage the chaos and emerge with a hope that life can be all that they desire. The person that struggles with this will understand what I am describing and be intrigued to meet with me to see if we are a therapy fit. This holds true in any of the many areas of therapy that I have listed as I have experience and passion to help.
