Hello- I'm Marci Brengle, LCSW. I work with adults who are ready to get to the root of the issue and want to learn about themselves, reflect and process. I feel that symptoms such as anxiety, depression, nightmares, and relational issues are related to a larger problem. I can help you get to the core of the problem by helping you learn how to make connections between the symptoms and the problems, and help walk alongside you in your own understanding of yourself to help real change begin. I use humor, and authenticity to create a relaxed pace for you, to approach as you feel comfortable.
