I offer three distinct services to clients in Washington, Arizona, and Montana: independent mental health evaluations, ERP therapy for OCD and anxiety, and licensure supervision for LMHC and LPC candidates. I conduct evaluations for military mental health clearance or enlistment waivers, academic accommodations, and court-related proceedings. I deeply value the opportunity to be a part of your story. Each assessment is conducted with compassion, objectivity, and thoughtfully tailored to the individual’s needs and circumstances. I provide Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) therapy for OCD, Social Anxiety, and other anxiety-related concerns. ERP, a form of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy which helps clients face fears and reduce avoidance in a supportive, structured way. My approach emphasizes safety, collaboration, and authenticity to foster meaningful progress.
