To open up about our innermost thoughts, a supportive & understanding therapeutic environment is essential. I take pride in tailoring my approach to meet the unique needs of each individual and provide the comfort to help people to grow. I have a client centered approach, with a blend of creative cognitive and behavioral techniques, mindfulness and motivational interviewing. I have provided individual & family therapy for kids ages 4- 19 and have also worked with young adults up to senior adults, while working in a variety of professional settings, including in-home therapy for 10 years, advanced care planning, and private practice.
