I provide therapy for teens (12+), adults, and couples navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, ADHD, grief, faith journeys, relationship challenges, unwanted pornography habits, chronic illness, postpartum issues, parenting, assertive communication, boundary setting, and more. I work collaboratively with clients to help them develop self-awareness, emotional resilience, and the confidence to make meaningful changes. I offer services in English and Spanish (Hablo Español) and can integrate Christian counseling if desired.
