I use my middle name, "Colette." I am a licensed clinical social worker. I believe in helping clients understand and resolve their internal conflicts to help them lead a happier, fuller life. My approach is eclectic, but I do value insight-oriented treatment. Additionally, I am open to helping clients problem-solve things that limit their happiness and growth. I tend to draw on Carl Rogers' client-centered approach and to help clients learn how their emotions are coloring their perceptions.
