I give my clients tools to: manage difficult situations & relationships, make better decisions, manage feelings of anxiety, depression, shame, guilt, anger, grief, or loss, and to learn healthier ways of thinking. I work with single adults regarding dating, finding the right partner and coping with being alone. As children, many of my clients experienced trauma, abuse, abandonment, or had alcoholic parents. As adults, some of my clients have had partners or siblings with addiction. Together we address their codependent issues and raise self esteem. More than anything, I help my clients put their past in the past.
