I am Marcia Myers, a Mental Health Counselor and Certified Substance Abuse Counselor dedicated to helping individuals navigate life’s challenges, manage anxiety, depression, and stress, and build healthier relationships with themselves and others. My approach combines evidence-based techniques with a warm, supportive environment to help you feel empowered and heard every step of the way. I also provide specialized support for Active Duty Military personnel and Veterans, understanding the unique stressors and challenges that come with service.
