I have more than 15 years of experience working with children and adolescents with a wide range of mental health concerns, such as ADHD, trauma, abuse, coping with parental separation/divorce, adoption/foster care, depression, anxiety, behavioral issues, and Autism, just to name a few. I use techniques such as play therapy, art therapy, and traditional talk therapy with my clients, based on their age and preferences. I am certified in Trauma-Focused Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, and have helped many children and teens resolve their trauma and PTSD symptoms and move on to lead healthy lives.
