I see people ages 17 to 90 for many differing issues some of which are long standing and others due to unexpected life events. I believe empathy, cultural sensitivity, and a good therapeutic relationship can remove barriers to finding solutions and will help to build strengths and skills. If you commit to the therapeutic work, I commit to helping you develop a new vision of what is possible for you; and I will help you learn practical skills to accept, change, and succeed at that vision. I believe we cannot change our past, but we can better understand and change how it impacts feelings, present reactions, and current options.
