As a trauma informed, somatic psychotherapist. I guide exploratory inquiry to support the embodied insight needed to make positive mental, physical, emotional change possible. I support a depth process to inspire new connections to self and movement towards desired shifts in health, relationships and vocation while decreasing the suffering of negative internal states, destructive patterns and distorted beliefs caused by early environment and attachment wounding. I invite safe passage on a mindful journey of healing, awakening presence, trust, the expansion of agency and life affirming realizations that promote post traumatic growth.
