You may come to therapy feeling weighed down by anxiety, self-doubt, relationship stress, or emotional exhaustion. I work with women and young adults navigating life transitions, relationship strain, and unresolved trauma. I help turn self-awareness into action by listening closely, offering honest and compassionate feedback, and gently challenging patterns that get in the way of growth. My work began in community mental health and was followed by nearly a decade of acute clinical work, where I provided clinically grounded support through crisis, loss, illness, and antepartum and postpartum experiences.
