I can support you in addressing trauma (including emotional, sexual, and physical abuse) and bereavement to move you through stages of healing to attain your goals of whole and deeper connection to others and to yourself. I teach a breathing method. I can also assist you clarify your sexual identity and find ways to communicate about it with others.
