If you have been struggling with life's ups and downs, trying to heal from past trauma, or are facing anxiety or depression, my approach to counseling is to provide a safe, direct, and supportive space for you to begin your healing journey. I try to provide a warm, direct, and person-centered approach to help treat a variety of challenges including healing from past trauma, anxiety, depression, stress management, eating disorders, personality disorders, and behavioral issues.
