I wanted to share a little about myself and support you with making the right decision when it comes to therapy. My approach is to provide a culturally sensitive and authentic environment to obtain realistic life goals. I believe isolation, trauma, and unforeseen life changes should not be normalized; everyone needs a space to feel safe. I provide faith-based counseling, individual, and group therapy. My approach is to ensure my clients are being supported in every area to achieve their goals.
