Emotions can be overwhelming, in order to become more productive and positive in life we need to manage them. Therapy allows my clients to feel in control of their destiny, to regain vitality and a sense of purpose. As they work through difficult experiences, they will obtain a more balanced life with an attitude of "self-acceptance" and "flexibility". They feel revitalized and strengthened to face life's difficult situations. I also work with couples and adolescents.My clients can use their bodies and minds in a more effective coordinated way by learning techniques of relaxation and mental focus.
