I am an expert individual, couples, and family therapist. I believe everyone has the ability to love themselves - and by doing so - has the ability to change. I often use psychodynamic, CBT, DBT, and anti-oppressive approaches to help you achieve this. This being said, I also am open to whatever form of support works best for you. I am licensed to meet with clients in New York and California. I offer in-person and virtual sessions for CA residents and virtual sessions for NY residents.
