I believe it is our deepest desire to know that even if we share our whole story, we’ll be seen, understood, and belong. However, instead we are often met with painful experiences that teach us to create masks and conceal our true feelings and desires. Have you been criticized or rejected? Maybe you’ve been made to feel insignificant and small. Or perhaps, like me, you were taught that you should be perfect and never show weakness, but now feel trapped by these lessons. In both my life and practice, I strive to understand myself and remove my masks by living authentically; I want to join you on your journey and help you do the same.
