I am a professional licensed counselor with over 8 years' experience in the state of Georgia as a mental health therapist. I have worked in many areas of mental health with individuals who experience/experienced anxiety/panic attacks, OCD, depression, trauma, intrusive thoughts, panic attacks, physical/sexual abuse, parenting issues, relationship problems, various addictions (drugs, alcohol, pornography, etc.), self-harming behaviors, suicide attempts/ideations, oppositional defiance disorder, etc. My counseling style is compassionate/empathetic, but I am direct and challenging.
