Life brings many challenges—from processing past experiences to navigating present struggles. I want to walk alongside you on your journey and provide meaningful support. Your identity shapes who you are, and honoring that is essential to growth. I primarily work with individuals ages 12 to 65+ who are experiencing emotional and mental challenges, including trauma, anxiety, substance use, loss of direction, life transitions, school or career concerns, cultural identity issues, relationship difficulties, and the need to build self-awareness, coping skills, or behavioral change.
